Our Metal Panel System Types
Our metal panel system mainly include prefab metal panel, polyurethane side sealing sandwich panel, polyurethane sandwich panel, and rock wool sandwich panel. Each type is designed for different applications. They can be customized according to project requirements.
Prefab Metal Panel
Description:
Prefabricated metal panels use metal sheets as the core base material. In a standardized factory environment, through pre-processing processes such as cutting, bending, stamping, welding, and compounding, they are made into modular metal sheet products with specific shapes, sizes, performance and functions (such as load-bearing, thermal insulation, and decoration). They can be directly transported to the site for installation and use.
Product Advantages:
- Superior Performance: They offer high strength and rigidity, can withstand heavy loads, and possess excellent waterproof, moisture-proof, fireproof, and corrosion-resistant properties.
- High Degree of Prefabrication: Prefabricated in a factory, they achieve high precision and consistent quality, effectively ensuring product consistency and reliability while significantly reducing on-site construction time and workload, improving construction efficiency.
- Flexible Design: They can be manufactured into a variety of shapes, sizes, and colors according to design requirements, meeting the needs of diverse architectural styles and functions, and possessing a strong decorative appeal.
- Energy-Saving and Environmentally Friendly: Some prefabricated metal panels utilize highly effective thermal insulation materials, effectively reducing a building’s energy consumption and achieving energy conservation and environmental protection goals.
- Convenient Installation: They are relatively lightweight and simple to install, with bolting, welding, and snap-fit connections facilitating construction and reducing labor intensity.
Polyurethane Side Sealing Sandwich Panel
Description:
The rock wool/glass wool + polyurethane side-sealed sandwich composite panel utilizes high-quality color-coated steel panels as the front face, high-quality hydrophobic rock wool and glass wool as the core, and high-density rigid polyurethane foam filling in the tongue and groove. The panel undergoes high-pressure foaming and curing, with automatic 90° rotation for dense foaming, and is controlled by Yuechang’s precision dual-track machine.
Product Advantages:
- Flame retardant: Class A flame retardant performance improves the overall fire resistance of the building.
- Thermal insulation and anti-seepage: Polyurethane foam fills the sides of the tongue and groove, effectively blocking heat conduction and rainwater leakage, preventing moisture absorption from reducing the core material’s strength and thermal insulation, thereby ensuring longer-lasting fireproof and thermal insulation performance.
- Enhanced thermal insulation: High-capacity core material provides enhanced thermal insulation performance. Rock wool core capacity ≥ 120 kg/m³, glass wool capacity ≥ 64 kg/m³.
- Sturdy and durable: Rigid polyurethane foam fills the sides of the tongue and groove to enhance overall strength and prevent deformation. The fireproof cotton is rotated 90°, aligning the cotton fibers perpendicular to the board surface, increasing compressive and tensile strength by over 50%.
Polyurethane Sandwich Panel
Description:
Polyurethane sandwich panels are widely used as energy-saving and thermal insulation materials in developed countries such as Europe, the United States, and Japan, with a penetration rate of 80%. As an excellent energy-saving and thermal insulation material, polyurethane sandwich panels offer superior thermal insulation, fire resistance, and thermal insulation properties, and they can provide an efficient solution to China’s energy consumption crisis.
Product Advantages:
- Hidden nail lap joint design eliminates exposed self-tapping screws, enhancing airtightness and waterproofing.
- The double-peak design with a peak height of 40mm improves the roof deck’s load-bearing capacity, reduces the number of roof purlins, increases load capacity, and balances water flow.
- A water channel design prevents water seepage.
Rock Wool Sandwich Panel
Description:
The rock wool sandwich fireproof panel system uses professional automated equipment to combine rock wool and steel plates into a whole, thus changing the previous method of on-site compounding of rock wool panels. While meeting the requirements of building insulation, heat insulation, noise reduction, and fire prevention, it also achieves the goals of high quality, high efficiency, reliability, and safety.
Product Advantages:
- High-quality hydrophobic rock wool.
- Hydrophobicity ≥ 98%, ensuring a more stable board surface.
- No corrosive substances.
- Improved fire resistance.

FAQs
A metal polyurethane sandwich panel is a type of composite building material consisting of a rigid polyurethane foam core sandwiched between two layers of metal, typically steel or aluminum. These panels are used for insulation and structural purposes in various construction applications.
They offer excellent thermal insulation, are lightweight yet strong, provide good acoustic insulation, are quick to install, and have a high resistance to moisture and fire.
They are commonly used in industrial and commercial buildings, cold storage facilities, warehouses, clean rooms, and sometimes in residential buildings for roofing and wall cladding.
The panels are typically installed using a tongue-and-groove system or other interlocking mechanisms. They are secured to the building structure with screws or other fasteners.
Yes, they are highly energy-efficient due to their excellent thermal insulation properties, which help in reducing heating and cooling costs.
A rock wool sandwich panel is a type of insulated panel composed of a core made from rock wool (mineral wool) sandwiched between two layers of metal, typically steel or aluminum. These panels are used for their thermal, acoustic, and fire-resistant properties.
They offer excellent fire resistance, thermal and acoustic insulation, durability, and are environmentally friendly due to the natural composition of rock wool.
A polyurethane side sealing sandwich panel is a type of insulated panel that features a core made of rigid polyurethane foam, with metal facings, and includes side sealing to enhance insulation and protection against environmental factors.
They offer excellent thermal insulation, are lightweight yet strong, provide effective moisture and air sealing, and have good acoustic insulation properties. The side sealing improves the panel’s resistance to water ingress and air leaks.
These panels are often used in construction projects that require high energy efficiency, such as cold storage facilities, food processing plants, industrial buildings, and commercial structures.
